Our Papillons share their home with me, my husband Bob, and our two children.  We live in upstate New York...about 10 minutes from Albany.   We are an active family, constantly running to sporting events, school functions, etc.  We often take one or two of our dogs with us on our outings.

I fell in love with the Papillon breed years ago when I met my friend Rebecca.  She has three Papillons as well, and she also breeds on occassion.  I knew I loved visiting Rebecca's dogs, but I wasn't sure if they would be the right breed for our family.  After doing some extensive homework, I decided these little bundles of personality would fit perfectly into our family.  And boy was I right.

My husband was a little bit reluctant to invite a "small dog" into our home.  We always had Labs before....I guess they were more "manly"??  Anyways, you can now find my husband sitting comfortably on the couch every night with a dog on each side of his lap and another one sandwiched right in the middle

Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a bit of an over-achiever.  I love to read and learn so much that I've stayed in college for the past 20 years just to fulfill this need.  So whenever I take on a new endeavor, I tend to study it to death....and that is what I did when I brought my first Papillon home.  I've learned so much about this wonderful breed, and so much about breeding in general.  Raising these dogs and their puppies has truly been a blessing for me.

Our family wants to share our little blessings with others.  We welcome your inquiries, whether you are interested in purchasing a puppy or just want to get some information about the breed.  Please note that I will not sell a dog to just anyone.  You must be a special special person if you want one of my babies!  This doesn't mean I insist you go through a twelve page application.  It simply means that I request you inquire with integrity and be willing to take the time to allow us to get to know one another.   This is usually best done through a phone call, but I have built many successful relationships with people through email as well.   If you call me up and say, "I want to buy a dog.  How much are they and when can I come get it?"  ~ I will simply say that you are barking up the wrong tree
.

So far, every puppy we've ever had has been successfully placed, meaning they are still with their original owner and doing great.  I follow up as often as I can, and nothing makes me happier than when I receive an email or a letter from one of my babies telling me how great their life is!  As our breeding program has grown, it has become more and more difficult for me to maintain contact with everyone, but I do the best I can.

We know it's scary to find a puppy on the internet and not know anything about the breeder.  Even after a phone conversation, it can still be a little intimidating.  Therefore, we've put together the photo album below to help you get aquainted with us a little bit.
